About
Twenty-seven years. Four national programmes. One NHS organisation rescued from CQC special measures. Eighty-three services stabilised across a mental health trust's entire digital estate. A £46m business case that enabled the decommissioning of a Victorian asylum inpatient facility. Twenty-seven primary care health centres delivered across the West Midlands. These aren't case studies — they're the specific, measurable outcomes of applied delivery leadership in environments where the consequences of getting it wrong are real.
Senior director and strategic transformation leader, with twenty-seven years across digital health, EPR, data platforms, service redesign and programme recovery. I parachute into organisations that need recovery, transformation or practical AI readiness — and maintain delivery grip while they get there.
I work in environments where financial pressure, service performance, digital complexity or regulatory scrutiny means conventional programme management is not enough. My role is to create the conditions for meaningful change and then hold the line on delivery.
The work has been concentrated in the NHS — primary care, acute, mental health, community services, clinical research and national bodies — but the principles apply across any regulated sector under pressure.

Career in brief
Twenty-seven years across NHS provider, commissioner, regional, national, research, and commercial organisations. I started in IT infrastructure before clinical systems existed as a discipline — that engineering foundation is still the thing that separates operational delivery from slide-ware consulting.
