How to Procure My Services

There are several routes to engaging my services, depending on your organisation and procurement requirements. The simplest is a direct conversation. For public sector organisations that need a compliant framework route, several options are available now.

Direct Engagement

The most straightforward route for any organisation — public or private sector. No framework required, no intermediary. Contact me directly to discuss the requirement, agree scope and terms, and get started.

Fees are discussed on enquiry and vary by engagement scope, duration, and structure.

G-Cloud Framework (Available Now)

Public sector organisations can procure through an existing G-Cloud 14 Lot 3: Cloud Support framework partner. This provides a compliant route without a full tender process — your procurement team issues a call-off order under the framework agreement.

NHS IMAS (NHS Interim Management and Advisory Services)

I am an approved member of the NHS IMAS talent pool — NHS England's framework for commissioning senior interim management and advisory services. NHS trusts, ICBs, and NHS England directorates can use this route to engage senior interim leaders without a competitive tender.

To engage through IMAS: contact the NHS IMAS team, describe the requirement, and ask them to match against pool members with digital transformation and EPR programme experience.

Day Rates

Rates for framework-based public sector engagements are set in line with the applicable CCS framework ceiling for senior programme director and advisory roles. Discussed on enquiry for all work — public and private sector.

IR35

IR35 status determination is the responsibility of the end client for engagements within the off-payroll working rules. I work transparently with procurement and HR teams on status assessment. Engagements structured as independent advisory or outcome-based delivery will typically fall outside IR35 — assessed individually, not assumed.

Security Clearance

Available up to Developed Vetting (DV) level, including defence, intelligence, and central government environments. No live clearance currently held; eligible and willing to obtain on appointment. Clearance sponsorship is the responsibility of the client organisation.

Sectors

I work across a wide range of sectors. Framework membership covers the full public sector; direct engagement is open to all.

  • NHS and health (acute, mental health, community, primary care, regional, national bodies)
  • Central government and arm's-length bodies
  • Defence and national security
  • Local authority
  • Justice and home affairs
  • Research and academic health science
  • Financial services and regulated industries
  • Commercial healthcare and life sciences
  • Education
  • Infrastructure and facilities management
